After many years of looking, only around a dozen or so variety plate blocks have been found. All have only been upper right plate blocks. Plate blocks with inscriptions at that time were only available through the philatelic agency. This short run would have occurred around December 1962 and/or January 1963.

wert: For those with visible printer plate inscriptions of plates 3 and 4 they were only available from the philatelic agency.

The ones available at the post offices had the inscriptions trimmed off.

Thanks Jogil,
I'll save that text to the image, not that it makes sense to me,
I'll dig out my Unitrade and see if narrow is explained.
