Hi guys..Was just looking through my NFLD stock book and came across this Scott 27...See last picture to compare Ralphs re-entry from his site with my stamp on the right..Believe it is a re-entry...Opinions.
Wert. You have to show more of the features pointed out in Re-entries.com. Specifically, Ralph points out that there is doubling in the corner features and the bottom frameline. Your example actually looks very close to his version of a "normal" stamp.
