This stamp is suppose to have perf. 14.5 X 15 per Scott cat.
I measured 14.5 X 14.5. I would need a more specialised catalogue. It would be nice from one of you to look for me and tell me if there is a difference of value.

Norma specialized catalog of Finnish stamps states perf should be 14.25 x 14.75, no perf. varieties exist. I'd start by checking the the perforation with this https://www.stampcollectingblog.com...ation-gauge/

Especially the right side perfs look funny. Possibly somebody tried to reperf the stamp (god knows why as these don't have much value, especially in condition as pictured)

This stamp was not in my collection. It's a duplicate. With your info I know it's of little value and won"t include it in a lot for sale. Thank you. Regards. Daniel
