Hi there, I've come across these 1 2 and 3 cent stamps Do they look like their coil waste ? Thanks in advance

The only possible 'coil waste' stamp would be the 2 cent stamp.

The 2 cent stamp does not look like it (perf 10 on all sides?). The image is skewed so determining the perfs is tricky at best. Use a perf gauge to determine but note that finding a coil waste stamp is not as likely as a sheet stamp.
