Could it be the stamp below it was hinged only,
so when broken up, the stamp above it was MNH?

"A review using Power Search found only two other unduplicated unused blocks offered by the Siegel firm since 1996 -- and no arrow blocks in any of our sales since 1993 and our Rarities sales since 1964"

Yet how much time elapsed between the initial release of Scott 313 and that of Scott 480? Should not there be more of these blocks?

$20 was a LOT of money back then to spend on a block for a collection.

If you want to compare the value of a $20.00 Commodity in 1902 there are four choices. In 2016 the relative:
real price of that commodity is $576.00
real value of that commodity is $1,400.00
labor value of that commodity is $2,570.00 (using the unskilled wage) or $4,320.00 (using production worker compensation)
income value of that commodity is $3,750.00

Low feedback and 25% activity with this seller. Hmmmmm Gauranteed there is no feedback for the "sale" left.
