Yes, cheap because they were printing tons of these stamps. They raised a lot of money.

This is the same year for TB.

Many years ago there was a great exhibit of these called Stations of the Cross which included 12 arranged in a circle like a clock.

Hi all

Back in 1931 The Red Cross Nurses that served in France during WW1, and who were wounded, were finally awarded Purple Hearts. I do not know if the 702 was issued before or after the Purple Hearts were awarded.

But its fun and cheap to chase different Red Cross position around.
