I came across this stamp penciled on the back were Broken E in cents ,can't find any reference to this flaw anywhere,
It shows up quite clearly under my microscope.

There is a 'broken E' plate flaw listed in Scott's for the #707 but it is not your stamp. The broken 'E' is in 'E' of 'STATES', not 'CENTS'. It is located in plate 20768 as shown below.

I can certainly see what you are talking about, which is the vertical line of color which separates the top right part of the E from the main vertical section. Unfortunately, I don't know much about documented 20th century plate varieties, and Don seems to have likely answered the question.

Hi all, Cloudy described this as Plate Number 20772 Position Upper Right Defective Transfer of the "E" of STATES. First reported in June 1932.

But as stated above Scott Catalog describes it as "broken E plate flaw.

I guess we get to pick which one we want to describe it.

Correction, not on plate number 20768!

Good luck in your stamp collecting adventures.

Reminds me of another Stickney rotary press stamp with broken "E" which is Canada Scott/Unitrade # 192i
