Sounds like you guys have made some progress on Plate 11. That's good.
I had always used the trick, apparently fallible now, of whether there is the line present above the T in POSTAGE or not. Present = B, absent = A (excluding T of course). Similar to E reliefs on plate 4, which can be known to have complete tops, I could be convinced that some A's are more complete than the relief drawing shows.

I agree that the bottom ornaments are a bit larger than a normal A relief.

Given how little at least used to be known about Plate 11, I'd say almost anything is possible in terms of potential guide relief influence, erasure, and so on causing all kinds of funny things.

Here's my #22 imprint capture from plate 4, that, if it retained its selvage would be a plate number single.



It would be nice to assemble this with the other plate 4 imprint capture positions.
