Shermae - That's the reason we posted this in here. We don't want fellow enthusiasts to fall for this nonsense.

Those Cartel's are notorious for misleading buyers or swindling our monies - claiming NH while the stamps are re-gummed, shill bidding, false descriptions or even forgeries on occasions ...

In this case, like Don mentioned, they went to a different level, took a PROOF and perforated it.

They are not ignorant. They are crooks.
