What is up with Apfelbaum?

Their lots have always been expensive and they are now up to a 70% discount on their lots (which just shows how overpriced they are to begin with!)... Makes me wonder if they have a cash crunch, as the discounts started in the 20% range and have been progressively going up over the past few weeks.

Anyhoos...for a mere $1450 you can have the following R32b pair, and they will throw in the untrimmed perfs at the top left for no extra charge!

Please don't look too close or you might notice the 1871 canx date as well...

What's up with Apfelbaum? Easy. They have decided that since even expert opinions are are only opinions, their opinion is that this is genuine. They don't care how many opinions disagree with theirs, or how much experience they have, or anything else. So opinions they have, but morals or ethics they do not.

They just adjust their asking prices in lockstep with the so-called discount. In that sense, I think of them as "Kohls" department store, which always has everything on sale all the time.

Item A: $100
..........
Big sale all things 50%-off !
Item A: $200

Amazingly, my wife falls for it every time. At Kohls (or anywhere), not Apfelbaum.
