1920 Heilingenblut Plebiscite Label. (Outbid on a full set ..sold Circa $32 if I recall) In appreciation to the Austrian Philatelic Society Our Librarian has looked in "Briefmarkenaustellung 1000 Jahre selbständiges Herzogtum Kärnten" published in 1976 and says: Yes, it is one of a set of three depicting Heiligenblut - each comes in two varieties that relate to the value tablet - thinner number with point or thicker number without point. There are also differences in the shades of blue. Produced by the Austrians for the Carinthia plebiscite in 1920. -- Andy Taylor [Editor, Austrian Philatelic Society].  |

Another example has popped up in my Austrian Collection. It seems unusual to find 2 x valuable stamps. I am suspecting forgeries, any members have Michel reference to these, please? Thank you.  1949 Postage Dues. Steiner Page 40. Note: These Postage Dues are often found with full undisturbed gum, yet postmarked.  |
