This postcard has travelled from (?) in France to Linz(Austria) in 1904.
Is there anyone that can share some info on french cancells of the time?

It's a Train line cancel (???- Nevers),can't make out the first location.
So it should be a Type II cancel, link below:

I think it is CHAGNY A NEVERS, The cancel can be found NEVERS A CHAGNY
also.

Why, in your oppinion was it necessary to have two TPO stamps, from obviously two destinations that are close to one another.
Shouldnt it have only one cancellation when it becomes onboard the train?

The cancels were applied often in pairs but not always.The exact route the letter took after arriving in Nevers I don't know.The cancels just
indicate where the letter was taken in by the Postal system.In this case it was Chagny.
