It appears to me that of the top two stamps shown, the right-side one is slightly toned, and color less bright, but basically the same colors for both red/blue. Considering that these are more than 80 years old and used, there's a lot that can happen from exposure and conditions to the stamps!
Notice that the top and bottom stamps in the stack of 3 have a bluish tinge to the paper. That's from printing the blue color. This is fairly common and throws off the appearance of the carmine color.
