Is It Possible For Anyone To Tell Me The Perforations For This Block...i Appreciate The Help.

Its a gamble gentlemen. The plate number is either 612 or 613 but the perfs are strange for a 612 as has been noted. Once its in hand we will know. I'll take pictures of the block with the perf gauge in place. From what I can ascertain there has never been a 613 block discovered, only singles and pairs.

Flat plate 11 x 11 perforations were made by two different rotary wheel perforators with one for the horizontal perforations and one for the vertical perforations. Both the horizontal and vertical perforations go through any and all sheet/pane selvage margins (and do not stop short of them).

Jogil, thats some very informative information regarding the perforation process you have shared with us, thank you. This block in particular, I believe is a rotary press printing. As you can see in the photos the perforations go slightly into the selvage. Seems to be a 10×10.

Were the sheet waste rotary printings perforated with an 11×11 flate plate perforator?

Ok I went back an reread the stamp smarter article on hardings and see that the sheet waste was perforated on an 11×11 flat plate perforator.

Those stamps are line perf. If the other variation is comb perf, then you have your answer.
