Yes, a Scott catalog has the values in it. If you have the correct catalog number for the above ( and I doubt it! ) you can also find the value on places like the one you mentioned above. Siegel and other auction houses very often mention the catalog value.

Edit: Check the perforations, I only checked your middle stamp above and it is NOT 11 x 11. I can do this by checking the perfs on the sides against the perfs on the top and bottom. As shown below, obviously they do not line up so the stamp cannot be 11 x 11.



When posting images, it is best if you can scan them with the perf gauge so we can check.

The stamps are all the brighter green Scott 632 shade used after 1930. Scott 594 would be the same width as a Scott 597 rotary press horizontal coil. The stamps in the OP are rotary press sheet stamps, taller than flat plate stamps and almost as tall as the Scott 603 vertical coil.
