Shipping increases over the past several years have really bumped up the cost of bulky/heavy items that aren't books. I'm looking to resupply 102A cards and red storage boxes. The cheapest I have found is from Subway Stamp, at $45 shipped for 1000 cards + 1 red box, assuming I purchasing at least 3 sets. Other places I have checked: ihobb.com Wizard Coin Supply Potomac Supplies Vista Stamps AmazonAmos Advantage Any other suggestions?

Unfortunately, Subway appears to be the cheapest from my checking. Sometimes, you can wait and Subway will have a sale on "2nds", with some bargains. Generally, the seconds have blemishes, color fading for the printing, but about 80+ % are clean. |

Thanks for that. The real price break is at Quantity 5. If I get 5 boxes of 1000 cards and 5 storage boxes, that drops the cost to $37.86 shipped per 1000 cards + 1 storage box. A bit more than I want to spend at the moment, but I'll definitely check back as budget allows. |

I have heard that the Subway window cards have a much better bond between the transparent part and the card part than other brands that have the transparent part separate from the card part more easily with a gap. It is very inconvenient when stamps can slide out through a gap in the bottom or side of a card's window. |

Subway does not manufacture their own 102 cards. There are HECO, Unitrade and G&K brands. I go through 30,000 or so a year and if you stuff them (they are not made for that) they can separate. What Subway carries is the same everywhere. |

Besides the brands rogdcam mentions, there are also Leuchtturm 102 cards. They are good quality but both the pocket and the writing area are a little smaller on average than HECO or G&K (the cards themselves are the same size, Leuchtturm cards just have a little wider area of adhesive along the margin). |

Jogil - They could be Subway's. G & K are my last choice if the others are out of stock. They use the lighest card stock, I always end up with a bunch that are missing the window and they do fail quite a bit. Add the exorbitant shipping time and higher cost at Subway and it is a no brainer to use someone else. But that it is just my opinion. |
