50c And 75c Parcel Post Stamps - Cows Vs. Wheat

Been looking at upgrading my Q10 from used to mint and it got me checking Scott's US specialized catalog ... any idea why Q10 has a catalog value 3X higher than the Q11 (75c denomination)? Quantity printed for both are similar. Is it due to subject matter of cows more desirable than wheat harvesting ???
