Hi There,

I have some stamp blocks of J17 (see photos) and the paper on some of them seems to have no glue (two of the 6 stamp blocks in the 2nd photo). But I can't find a record of what variety that might be.Thanks if you can help.

The gum was soaked off at some point would be my guess.

I tend to agree with rogdcam on this one. These Canadian postage due stamps were issued with gum.

Either mint stuck together and soaked to separate or removed uncancelled from cover. They call them unused mint, but now are basically used stamps value wise.
