Is there anybody creating their own custom pages? I like several topical areas and am interested in adding pages or creating new ones of just specific stamps. Is anybody doing that?
Thanks,

Enter "custom album pages" using the Search function at the top of the page and you will have plenty to review to get ideas and best practices.

Today's computers and graphic art programs permit anyone and design their own, unique, album pages. I've been doing my own pages since the 1980's, when the first HP laser jet was on the marketplace. (In those days it was simply b & w!)

Oceanbert, are you using a PC or a MAC??

Like you I had wanted to create topical pages or specialized pages for my albums. I tried doing these on my own with poor results. I purchased some software and it works great. I use it in conjunction with another program from which it can import stamp images and information into the page layout. I just completed a comprehensive topical album for Abraham Lincoln on U.S. stamps and stationery. I am very satisfied with the results. One of the challenges though was finding a printer that could accommodate the large size of Scott album pages. Recently by old Dell All-in-one printer that I had for years and years stopped working. I took the opportunity to buy a printer which could handle the album pages. There are several out there that range in price and I selected the Epson Workforce 7720 and it has worked very well.

As mentioned above, there are a lot of articles on album page creating.

Many are in this area:

You likely need to define your goals and constraints. You have decisions on software, page size, printers, mounting goals, storage (albums), paper selection, etc. It does not hurt to do mock ups to see what works for you and realize you will likely change your mind as you go forward.

A lot of us do it.
