Your Opinion On Overprinted Stamp From Argentina

I'd like other members' opinion on an overprinted stamp from Argentina.

The stamp on the left has what I believe to be a smudge overprint. Would you also call the overprint a smudge overprint or could it qualify as a double overprint?

Opinion: Smudge / over inking.
Double overprint needs 2 distinct impression of the words.

a clear, close up pic would tell the story.

this stamp was printed in 2 colours in photogravure with the direction of printing upwards - i.e.ink going upwards!

This has NOTHING to do with double impressions or double prints but in it self is to be observed in every stamp in photogravure, with a bit of overinking or malfunctioning of the doctor's blade to scrape off the unnecessary ink.

Both directions of printing occur on the same printer's sheet as the two counter sheet were placed tete-beche.

I am confused here,
I thought Mirman was querying the Black Official overprint, not the stamp printing.
