This issue does not come on "blue paper". The paper started white. Any tint you see is due mishandling. To ID the your stamp the first thing is to determine the perforation rate.
I will try to find something orange today & will also have a go at using my perf gauge,although I think I need to get a better one as I find the one I have awkward to use. Thanks for your advice, will let you know how I get on
I have scanned the stamp on an orange back ground & yes,the scan clearly shows that the paper isnt blue as I first thought. Thankyou for pointing this out to me. I shall learn from my mistakes
