Can anyone help me to identify this stamp please.
The paper is thick & it has a blue tone to it.
Thanks

This issue does not come on "blue paper". The paper started white. Any tint you see is due mishandling.
To ID the your stamp the first thing is to determine the perforation rate.

I have scanned the stamp on an orange back ground & yes,the scan clearly shows that the paper isnt blue as I first thought.
Thankyou for pointing this out to me.
I shall learn from my mistakes
