A nice little collection but nothing of any value that I could see. There might be some postmark interest though. |

Quote: If you don't have a clue, why do you have this selection? From the photos it looks like the stamps are in a small stockbook. The OP may have inherited, found or bought it. |

Hi funcitypapa Quote: If you don't have a clue, why do you have this selection? That is why many newbies visit this forum to get information, and it is also part of all stamp forums function to help those who have no idea what they have. Rob |

Hi viktorrules
There is no philatelic value in any of the stamps shown, if they weren't cancelled (and many are damaged), and all were in mint unhinged condition, then there would have been some philatelic value.

I'm a brand new collector and I can answer your question somewhat differently than others.
What you appear to have is a collection of mostly US, Germany, and Austia stamps.
While they do not command a high dollar value, they will always have a phil...whatever value, depending on what you like.
Historically speaking, there are a lot of messages and history behind each and every one of those stamps. Someone used them, under what circumstances we will never know until someone ivents a "magic seeling glass" or whatever.
Value the person who took the time to put that collection together and value their intentions.
Then, finally, value what you see and like; what stimulates you and makes you cry, or whatever. Happy viewing and, especially if a family member put the collection together, enjoy and DO NOT SELL IT OR THROUGH IT AWAY. Keep it for the kids and generations to deal with!
Just my opinion of course, as a brand new collector want to be. |

Sorry, upon review, for spelling errors and omissions. German, Austria, US, and Italian.
Unforturately, neither Tesla nor Einstien ever tried to invent "a magic seeling glass"; maybe they tried the "seeing glass", or, as some say they did have a seeing glass with connections to the aliens whom created us!

viktorrules Welcome to the forum.
You a a decent starter collection there though some are damaged. If you decide to start collecting you can easily replace the damaged stamps at little cost.
