I'm assuming Mint Unhinged - what we' call MNH Mint Never Hinged.

But then I could be totally wrong. I usually am.

You bought 33 sets from the Coronation Omnibus and found the Hong Kong set in there, or did you buy 33 sets of the Hong Kong issues?

It's a nice little set of stamps.

So, is this the most expensive '37 Coronation Omnibus issue? How many were there in total?

I got mine as part of a collection (with the rest of the '37 Coronation sets, all mint, but unfortunately hinged) that I paid $150 for, in a big old Standard album (that was issued when it was only a single volume instead of the later "2-Volume Standard".

Thanks WpgLwr.

I'm not sure if they're the most expensive set, but they're one of the more expensive ones from what I can tell so far. I' not sure how to find out how many were issued...research continues!

And getting a collection always helps. I've not been able to get a collection like that, so I buy in bits and bobs right now.

There are 45 different issuers of the basic design. 13 other dominions/territories/whathaveyou (including GB herself) released different Coronation issues.

luv, you knocked off a big chunk of the common designs. Nice job.

Not to beat a dead horse, but is MUH a commonly-used acronym?

It's certainly not one I've noticed in Scott Catalogues, APS literature, etc.

I feel a bit sheepish, because it should have been easy for me to deduce the meaning, but I actually thought it might be a typo or something.

Redfaced, but learning...

It's rarely used in the US, but I see it often in listings at European sites.
