Count the columns-- it has 14 columns so it can only be an "E" or "Z" grill. It's not a "Z" grill because it doesn't have horizontal points so it's 99% an "E" grill.
D Grills have exactly 15 columns. F Grills have less than 14 columns. C Grills are really wide-- 18 columns
If you showed us the front of the stamp, it would also help. If it's a 3c 1861, the shade of the stamp can also help with the ID.
I agree with Ray, share everything you know. What do you think it is and why? What do others think and why?
For grills it is good to show 3 hi-resolution images: normal scans of the front and back and a scan of the back with the contrast exaggerated to emphasize the points - unless you can do good side-lighted photos.
