I've been looking in my Scott books as well as online and I can find very few that are similar but none that are this stamp exactly. I would like to know more about it, such as country, year, use, etc. Any information wanted! Thank you in advance!

Go to the U.S. Specialized catalog, look in the revenue section for embossed revenues and you'll find what you are looking for.

Welcome to SCF!

Your have a British revenue stamp - note the "shilling" denomination. The Scott catalogs won't help with foreign revenues.

If you search for customs revenue on ebay under the Great Britain stamps category, you will find 2 of these listed, both under $10.

Oh the date, I see how that works now, thank you! Any idea what the letters on top mean, they're hard to make out but I believe on the top left it is a F possibly. As for the specialized catalogue I have checked that section out and there seems to be similar ones there, and same outcome when I searched ebay/google similar ones show up but I don't know call me curious I guess I would just like to find out about this very one as it just stands out in my collection. It's different and unique, I have a decent postal stationary collection, and this stamp is just not quite like the rest of them, it certainly has peaked my interest.

According to Forbin revenue catalogue :
#4 : letter E with 2 possible dates only (2/5/60 and 4/5/60)
#4a (yours) : Letter F with 9 possible dates,from 5/4/60 to 16/6/60
E and F are plate numbers.
F is more common.

Your stamp does not come from postal stationery, it would have been impressed on a form of some type or another, a deed transfer, real estate customs papers etc & etc. (ie Impressed Revenue Stamp)

Thanks Vayolene, was not aware of the plate letters, from whence does your information come from please?

I see Forbin. Thanks
