They are listed in the Springer catalog, I believe it's the 9th edition. This example is in F-VF comdition. If you just want an idea of what exists, Eric Jackson's website might be of help.

Springer's Tenth Edition, page 41. Cat number TF308. Cat value is $2.50, but realize the cat is from 1985 and prices are wayyyyyyyyy out of date.

The steel die breaks the surface of the paper, note the punches in that area.

And no, this one is not worth 10 times Springer CV.
