H 22 1/2
inherited a stamp collection and they have been put up for the past 14yrs. I was going through some things and found them. I had forgotten about them.

By your own measurements it's not a #596.
Also it's perforated on three sides.

Looks like U.S. Scott # 552 flat plate and has some offset on the back.
