Tonga Stamp Collection

My mom has a set of Tonga stamps. 13 different stamps, 40 copies of each stamp. Each group is in a round cardboard container. I also have the letter regarding the purchase from Ed London from 1963. I found one online that references it as a 15Sh black/golden. The stamp reads Tonga The Friendly Islands. COmmemorating the First Gold Coinage of Polynesia. Official Airmail.

Not sure if they are worth anything. Any help would be appreciated. I've searched on the internet but can't find much. A few ebay listings. I'd post links, but I'm not supposed to.

I'm sure you get this a lot - I have no idea about stamps.

Looks like several sets have sold recently for in the $19-$24 including shipping range on ebay. However, these sales were best offer/buy it now. If they were best offer accepted it could have been a little to a lot less.
