Love the Spanish Revenue piece Cursus

Any idea how this came about? in reference to coffee?
They don't grow coffee on Fernando Poo do they?

I don't know if they still grow any coffee in the former island of Fernando Poo, now "Bioko" in the Equatorial Guinea Republic. For sure they did, as well as cocoa, during the time of the Spanish colony; up to 1968.

Generalitat de Catalunya (Catalan Government) revenue stamp. Issued on the 1980 decade, it shows the XV century gothic staircase of the Palau de la Generalitat (Catalan Government's Palace) in Barcelona.
Face value: 100 pessetes (0.60 €); about 2€, today.

1940/1950 Barcelona's District Transport and Supplies bill tax stamps.

Modernist (Art Nouveau) Barcelona City Council tax stamps, around 1900-1910. No date.

South Africa : Transvaal : "PASS" overprints.

Kishangarh State often printed stamps in different colours for postal and revenue use. Here is a pair of 1 Annas in revenue colours

Natal revenues...two from a small lot I picked up, all of the same value, one pound, ten shillings. They look like Natal 78 in Forbin, from the 1886 series. This would apparently be the fourth highest face value of the set, and the catalogue value in 1915 was one of the higher prices, relatively speaking. I haven't looked for a Barefoot number yet.
