With your second and third pictures, the plate number is on the stamp itself, in the design both to the right and left if the Queen's head.

The second one looks like plate 104, one of the common ones and priced in Scott slightly more than the cheapest plate numbers: $6.25 for this one versus $3.00 for the cheapest ones. Same story in Stanley Gibbons 6 pounds for plate 104 against 2.75 pounds for the cheapest ones, but these prices are a little deceiving because with the majority of them with poor centering and heavy cancellations you can pick them up for pennies.I can't quite make out the plate number on the third one, but as GeoffHa says it's in the margin on both sides of the queen's head, and as for value, it would be seriously diminished by several short perfs at lower left

The EJ stamp is plate 20 I'd say. Not a lot of value as the stamp doesn't have 4 margins.

Hope this helps!
