This one would fall under freaks and oddities category. May add some value I assume, but since the cv for normal stamp is $0.25 do not expect much. Would be more appealing to EFO collector than general collector.
The overprint actually looks OK to me. The most common forged examples have much clearer asterisks on the sides. Mayo discusses them in his book, IIRC.
These stamps were for the Romanian occupation of Nagyvarad, 1919 (now Oradea in Romania). P.Clark Souers, Forgeries of Common Stamps After World War I provides other ways of recognizing the fake overprints.
