This is my first unbroken pair of Belgian pizza wheels from 1869. I have a number of singles but this is my only pair. I was promised a vertical pair some time ago but it must have fallen in the cracks.

Aaargh. I thought I had a double, appears not.
very nice brace there Tony.
Put a page together and see how nice they look as a family.

I have an oddity, this dimanche,
but its the blurry image <under> the Pizza wheel that intrigues.
Never seen this style before.
I wonder if it was an early type of wheel?

It appears that the criss-cross is more like a waves-design, it does not touch the "bottom" rail at all. I tried splitting the colour channels but the grey is too faint to show up even when I increase the contrast to 100%.

How about a Double wheel.

Good for cutting skinny pieces of pizza.
