I've got the collection of my fiance's grandfather infront of me rn. There's a big tin lunchbox with WWII photos, notes, books, a stamp book and loose stamps and notes/letters in envelopes.

Here are some pics from inside the stamp collection book.
Anyone see any interesting stamps in these pics? I didnt take photos off the less full pages yet.

they uploaded upside down...

I'm going to guess this was your fiance's grandfathers childhood stamp collection. Nothing seems to be later than the 1930's, and nothing seems to stand out for this type of collection.

If you don't intend to continue the collection, I would keep intact (with lunchbox) as a memento to her grandfather. If you decide to soak off the stamps, you will lose many to damage.

I would be interested in seeing the photos and envelopes.

The stamps are interesting as a glimpse into the early twentieth century. You have Austria-Hungary and inflation-era Germany. Among the American stamps is an example of ultra-modern transportation - in this case a steam engine, beautifully engraved.

The IR overprint on an American stamp shows that it was used to raise revenue for the Spanish American war in 1898.
