You need a perforation gauge. Even if those were good quality closeup pics there is now way anybody can tell you the difference between 14-1/4 and 14-1/2 from a picture. If you can access a gauge we will all help you through using it properly.

Your Germania stamps are K14x14 1/4, per Michel. Why do you want to know? There are no variants.

If you use Scott catalogs, they often round the numbers meaning for example a stamp with 12.4 would be listed as 12.5.
