Here is a recut chart of plate 1 late, right pane. It was created from the last known intact full sheet. It is a late printing which shows the recuts of the top and bottom lines very well. I scaled the images down by 50% to 1200 dpi for original image. It is scaled at 15% of that to fit here. Before I separate into two sheets by relief A & T and relief B, should I create arrows showing the start and stop of the recuts or should I leave the images alone? Comments appreciated.

Nice work, jaxom! My two cents: don't put in the arrows. They could be visually distracting and, as you say, the recuts show up rather well.

Here is a section shown at full size. I think that it will be a great help in plating the issues where only the recuts will identify the position. It also shows the guide dot from relief B stamps above the relief A stamps which may also help.

If desired, I can make a place for the high resolution on Stamp Smarter.

Don, I would like that. It needs a good home for all to use. If I make one for the left pane, it will not look as pretty, lol. You can put it in with the guide dots or something. Or you can give them a new home. Just make room for the full sheet and two for the relief sheets.

jaxom100 - You've done a lot of work, and it's appreciated!

I agree with dudley that arrows would only be a distraction. I hope there will be a way to display it at full resolution with a click like there is with the guide dots pages on StampSmarter.

Rick's ultra high-resolution images have been added to the Stamp Smarter 1C Plating page here https://stampsmarter.org/features/S...Plating.html

NOTE: When you click on the thumbnail, the ultra high-resolution image will open in a new browser tab but (depending upon your browser) the 11,941 pixel width ultra high-resolution will display to fit in the width of the browser window. To see the ultra high-resolution image at 100%, you may have click again on the image.
