I Need Mexican Revenue Help.

I need your help on these Mexican Revenue stamps. The first is a normal variety DO136 with the yellow overprint of the eagle while the second has no yellow overprint, is this normal for this issue or an error? Any value if an error.


Does this provisional revenue stamp have any value?

Woops, after posting I realized that the top two stamps are not the same. Sorry for the error, I still would like to know about the provisional stamp.
