Counting from the top photo:
Damaged, missing piece, 1, 3, 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13 (perfs cut off by scissors), 14 Damaged, creases, scuffs, 2, 7, 9, 12
low value due to centering and or heavy cancel, 4, 5
Seems sound but very little value (pennies) as such, 11, 15, 16, 17
#18 appears unused value of a few dollars.
Interesting in spite of issues: 10, has white round disk just left of mouth. It appears foreign material was attached prior to printing and fell away after; value a few dollars as such.
The damaged would be considered space fillers hold a place until a better copy is obtained.
