I recently bought a lot with some US sheets in it and was hoping to sell them off. These are normal commemorative sized sheets of 50 or definitive sheets of 100.

Was curious if anyone had suggestions for how to mail these flat so they don't get damaged/folded etc.... Envelope type, stiffener, best USPS option and/or any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

Bob

Sandwiched between two sheets of slightly oversized corrugated.

BUT a factor missed by many shippers, the two sheets should be cross-grained to each other - one board having the ripples ("flutes" to use the correct packing term) at 90 degrees to the other board. This increases the sturdiness many fold. (pun intended!)

Unfortunately, truly good packaging and mailing costs soon become a significant part of the value of the item.

The ones I receive are either in a box or in a cardboard envelope with cardboard stiffeners. Not sure the Tyvek style envelope would stop creases unless you added extra layers of cardboard stiffeners.
