Bottom 3 have an identical design with different values l to r: Cr$0.40, Cr$0.20 and 400 Reis.
The top left is from Socialist Republic of the Union of Burma. The ink has an oily appearance but it is not oily, plus the paper and ink are both translucent.

The second scan is the back of the 400 Reis in the bottom row. What is the purpose of the 3 green lines?

I'd appreciate any help given.
Marty

The 3 lines are a control mark
similar to numbers on the back of spanish issues.

Yes all minimal CV, (although I am no expert in this field)
the challenge lies in finding
well perforated and clean clear cancellation strikes.

The "Manha" on your strike may mean "morning mail"?

That control mark is very similar IIRC to a French Guyane control mark esp on the armadillo issue, maybe the same printers.
I'll have to check my database.

Nope
Not an armadillo, an anteater, a control mark but not similar
