Yes, a post card, but I'm posting as postal history. Can anyone provide info on the T20/270 postage due assessment in circle and the Postage Due marking at bottom right? The postmark is Dec 6, 1983. Card measures 4 1/8" x 5¾" so I don't think it's over the size limit. Thanks

The T20/270 is a Swedish due mark. It is described on projekt.sspd.se/frac/f45.htm .The 20 is he amount missing (20 öre) and the 270 is the Swedish surface mail foreign letter rate. 20/270 is then multiplied by the US foreign surface mail letter rate and a handling fee is added. The handling fee was 42c and the letter rate 30 c so the due is ((20/270)x30)+42=44c which is indicated by the US mark
