I have counted it's really a perforations 11 Green Franklin 1 Cent. Please give the valuable opinions, thanks!

My apology if this comes off a bit blunt.

Perforations are gauged, not counted. Wherever you got the idea they are counted, stop using that "information" source. It is leading you astray.
To get to most pleasure from any hobby, it is important to have the right tools and the skills to use them.
One of these tools is a perforation gauge. They are not expensive. Please get one and learn to use it correctly.
You will find your stamp here is perf 11 x 10.5, thus a Scott 632.
