Would suggest scans for close up shots of stamps, blurry photos don't really help.

Guessing oxidation of the ink is the culprit here though.

I agree. Why post a blurry photo when you can concentrate and do it again properly?

I would recommend investing in a good scanner. We really can't make informed observations with your blurry pictures.

To photograph stamps with a cell phone, it is best to zoom in and back up.

I have no idea what you mean by "mobile scan", but I am referring to a flat bed scanner. Still too blurry for me to comment, but others may be able to give you some suggestions.

I agree, it does look like oxidation or sulfuration from environment has chemically altered original ink.
