Hoping to tap into the collective knowledge base to help identify this item. It's printed on a very stiff type of paper, a kind of thin card stock that doesn't flex easily. Additionally, it's gummed.

I purchased this back in the late 1990s from a dealer who thought it might be a small die proof. He wasn't sure, I wasn't sure. I only noticed later that it's gummed. Over the years I've shown it to several specialist dealers, none of which had seen anything like it and couldn't offer an opinion. Recently it was suggested that I send it in to the PF, but before I do that I'd like to get a better idea of what it is. Any insights would be appreciated!

It does not appear to have a proof impression.

Hi, I'm pretty new here and I'm in no way an expert but I'm guessing maybe this stamp was cut away from the 1977 CINPEX Souvenir Card (Philatelic Society of Cincinnati) honoring Lincoln?

I am sure that did not have a value.

Never saw this one. But it's clearly not engraved, and the stamp appears to be.

Thanks for all of your replies so far. Agreed, the stamp reproductions on the souvenir card don't look engraved. But good catch on the CINPEX card Bobcat!
