I agree with John Becker and add that this stamp seems to have some surface environmental issues. Even the gum and old hinge have an orange cast to them. But I do note that the internal stamp paper exposed by the thin (from back, upper left) is not equally discolored.

No, I think it is some type of solvent drop. Severely reduces the value, I believe. Anyway, it stays in my collection until I stumble upon a better version.
Hello Partime, notice the halo of ink around the disturbed area. That usually is a result of a piece, flake or some other small piece of debris on the printing plate. Likely paper or something from the plate wiping item.
That is large enough to draw some good interest in the EFO community and may actually raise the price in front of the correct sets of eyes.
