This one has a lot going on, mottling, plate blisters, etc., which may not be very consistent on stamps from the same position.
I plated it as 96L7.
Opinions?

I think I would agree. Here is my copy of that position - note the blurry vertical line running outside Ornament R and what appear to be heavily shaded line segments at the upper left portion of Franklin's shoulder.

@dudley. Yes, thank you. I feel that Neinken's bottom left row of Plate 7 needs a revisit.
