1886 Letter Sheet Envelope - Perforation Top Or Side?

I have a few of these 1886 Grant letter sheet envelopes and just want to verify that the top perforation count in the Scott catalog is actually the top and not the sides per image below (found this in a dollar box at a show) and it shows 42 perfs on the top.

Yes, the Scott catalog differentiates by the perforations along the top. Specialty catalogs also include differentiate by the folding guides, the series number (if any), and the gum shape.
