Hi istamp. Since Estero is Italian for abroad I guess that your stamp was intended for Italian Overseas territories.
Also, on the two shifted overprints I believe they are very collectible.
By the way, your friend from Norway ( Blaamand ) had a post on this forum about these stamps back in December of 2016.

iStamp,
It looks like your Estero stamp has a postmark starting with "23..", making it most probably "234" (Alexandria) or "235" (Tunis). These two postmarks are common on Estero stamps - so it can make sense.

Peter is right, I started a thread on these issues last year - and our friend from Down under has already posted a link earlier in this thread

Italy~Parcel Post stamps.
Ideally collected as pairs, note design between the pairs, where the perforations are.
Makes for quite a challenge and a large collection.

The middle stamp's paper looks bright enough to have been bleached, so I wouldn't necessarily trust that color to be true. Actually, some collectors think all used stamps are faded to various degrees and don't trust the colors. Otherwise, the stamp does come in shades for both colors, with the inner parts of the leaves, etc. ranging from blues to ultramarines. So either is "right".
