Came across some of these cards and thought it was interesting enough to post. I don't recall ever seeing a combination first day card containing an example of a sheet stamp, coil line pair and booklet pane of 8 stamps all on one cover and cancelled First Day of Issue.

A low denomination item of minimal value perhaps, but nevertheless an interesting combination of stamps on one piece.

wt1: This resembles the type of insert cards Cover Craft Cachets produced for their first day covers, often printed on not-best-of-quality card stock. The Overseas Mailer varieties had the 'stuffer' printed (usually) on parchment white paper.
