Thank you all for the compliments! If I had a scanner, I would have better images for you to view. I will have my camera with me tonight, so will take a couple photographs to add to the thread.
I am also working on a new album to display my covers, of which I have more than 50 #114's, a few 113's, and a fake 116.

does you club allow presentations in varios?
I didn't ask!

But honestly, this is an informal display intended for education and enjoyment for the evening. I am only allotted 5 mins to talk about my display. The rest of the time it will remain on the display board. I know there are a few OSS members who create competitive displays, but I'm certain they will approve :)

GREAT copy of #115 w/ XF to Sup centering
A recent acquisition that has yet to make it into my album. The first page with the entire set is what came out of my album (first time they have been removed in years).
One more thing, Ray. Take a look at the 113 on the first image. The top and bottom margins are simply unreal! That, and the 116 & 121 on the same page are the three stamps I cherish most!

I am not, but will look them up!

One thing I always liked about the early stamps is the engraving, they did the best work back then
That, and the subject matter makes this set my favorite, hands down!

I wonder, if you were to scan a stamp at, say 2400
I really need to buy a scanner. I've run out of excuses!

How many years would you suppose that presentation represents?
I'll answer that two ways:
1) I got my first copy of 114 (3c train stamp) at 11 years old. I will be 42 shortly. It was my favorite stamp throughout my childhood, and I always dreamed of owning the whole set. I couldn't be more pleased that I do :)
2) The series was sold for barely 13 months (or 11 months depending on who's opinion you ask). It's difficult for me to understand why this set was so unpopular at that time. If it had lasted as long as the previous series, it would have been around for nearly 18 years. Then again, we might not have the Banknote series to enjoy if that had happened.
