The John I Brown cancel is a very scarce match & medicine provisional cancel used before RS39, RS40, and RS41 were issued.
Of course an imperf pair of the one cent proprietary is a very scarce item in itself. This particular pair has a long history, it's ex-Joyce.

"S. H. & Co." (Samuel Hart) is a well-known cancel, but I didn't previously have it. I'm not sure how scarce it is, but I see that Eric Jackson is asking $200 for an example that is better centered (F-VF vs. just F).

It's not all that common, but it is around on the various playing cards values. There are a few Hart wrappers around with stamps on them as well. Eric is always the high end price of any item; yours is about a $125 cancel, Eric's is probably worth about $150 realistically, but since he is Eric.........
